Kearny takes out Bayonne

KEARNY – Led by the trio of T.J. Witt, Michael Nee and Barry Jimenez at the back end of the lineup, Kearny held off Bayonne 51-28 in yesterday’s matchup.
The host Kardinals finished with a flurry as Witt (189 pound), Nee (215 pounds) and Jimenez (285 pounds) closed out the bout with pins. Kearny also received a pin from David Bush in 145.
The Bees received a dominant performance from Cole Walden as he won his 171-pound match via technical fall. Bayonne also got pins from Andro Mossad (140 pounds) and Christian Ortiz (160 pounds).
