JERSEY CITY – For Myles Mack, adapting to a whole net set of teammates at St. Anthony was an early concern. After just one summer exhibition game, those concerns have quickly gone away for the talented transfer from Paterson Catholic.
“The experience went well,” said Mack after yesterday’s exhibition against the Dukes Netherlands, a traveling team from Holland. “We got to know each other real well very fast. I didn’t think it was going to come that fast. I like these guys and I can’t wait until the season starts. Read More

JERSEY CITY – Before the season began, St. Anthony and head coach Bob Hurley envisioned plenty of games where their size advantage would allow them to dominate opponents in the paint and on the glass.
Injuries and ineligibility dashed those plans for most of the season. JERSEY CITY – For many players, the thought of having to stop a player the caliber of St. Anthony’s Shonice Hawkins is a terrifying one. For Bayonne’s Tara Flynn, it was a task she embraced.
“That’s my pride and joy,” Flynn said about trying to stop the other side’s best player. “That’s why I love this game so much because I just love playing defense. I just love it.
