Sarah Kreutz was 4-for-4 with four RBI, three runs and three doubles in the Cougars' convincing win yesterday in West New York.
Dayana Harris and Grace Hill also scored three runs apiece for McNair (7-1), which blew the game wide open with four runs in the fourth inning and five in the fifth. Sara Beckner and Haley Bissell each drove in two runs. Natalia Estremera struck out eight batters over five innings to pick up the win. She allowed three runs on four hits and five walks.
Cristal Cornelio went 2-for-3 for the home Tigers (4-1). Cornelio, Kelly Kuzirian and Lissibeth Marte scored runs.
