Savon Huggins scored a trio of first quarter touchdowns and rushed for 183 yards as the Marauders rolled past Paul VI. Up next is Bergen Catholic in a rematch from September.

2. Secaucus (9-0)
Last Week 2; This Week vs Becton

The Patriot defense was dominant, allowing just 80 yards of offense in a 32-0 win over Weequahic. Secaucus faces Becton in a rematch from October and last year’s playoffs.

3. Lincoln (8-2)
Last Week 3; Season Complete

Deshawn Goodwin scored a pair of touchdowns for the Lions in a 41-18 loss to Orange in the North 2, Group II playoffs.

4. North Bergen (5-5)
Last Week 4; Season Complete

Peter Ramanand connected with Carlos Mateo on an 8-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter of last week’s North 1, Group IV playoff loss to Roxbury.

5. St. Anthony (6-3)
Last Week 5; Season Complete

Dave Coleman led the Friars in rushing (10-for-44) and receiving (three receptions, 32 yards) in a 20-6 loss to St. Mary of (Ruth) in the Non-Public, Group I playoffs.

6. Ferris (4-6)
Last Week 6; Season Complete

Few teams in Hudson County faced a tougher schedule than a Bulldogs squad which faced five teams that reached the state playoffs this season.

7. Union City (3-7)
Last Week 7; Season Complete

Despite a 12-10 consolation loss at Bergen Tech, the Soaring Eagles were 2-2 on the road in 2009.

8. Marist (4-6)
Last Week 8; Season Complete

With four victories, the Royal Knights earned more wins in 2009 than in the previous two seasons combined.

9. Hoboken (3-6)
Last Week 9; This Week BYE

Travis Rivera scored twice against Verona in a repeat of last year’s North 2, Group I championship. The Red Wings close the season on Nov. 28 against St. Peter’s Prep.

10. Hudson Catholic (2-7)
Last Week 10; This Week vs Paramus Catholic

Junior Oscar Torres had a 9-yard touchdown run in a loss to Queen of Peace. The Hawks host Paramus Catholic to close out the season.
