Julia McClure scored 21 points as the Patriots clinched the NJIC Meadowlands A Division last night in East Rutherford.
McClure added six rebounds and five steals as Secaucus (18-3) raced out to a 35-18 lead at the half. Kendall Caruso and Ariana Simon chipped in with nine and eight points respectively off the bench. Simon, a junior, pulled down eight rebounds. Andie Lennon also had eight points as nine different Patriots scored in the victory.
Zaneta Balbuza scored 18 points to lead the Wildcats (7-10) in defeat.
