Secaucus 57, St. Mary's (Rutherford) 42

Andie Lennon led all scorers  with 19 points as the Patriots used an 18-8 third quarter to pull away last night in Secaucus.

Lennon, a freshman, added seven steals and five rebounds for Secaucus (10-3) in the victory. Junior Danielle Roesing had nine points and eight rebounds and freshman Julia McClure added seven points and nine rebounds. Alyssa Lyngholm and Danielle Mitchell chipped in with eight and six points respectively.

Sara Ishmael paced the Gaels (6-6) with 11 points. Megan Macaluso and Christine Sheridan added nine points apiece in defeat.

Union City 47, Snyder 30

Jocelyn Morales scored 12 of her 14 points in the opening half to pace the Soaring Eagles last night in Union City.

Ebony Wood followed with a big second half for Union City (6-7) scoring all 10 of her points after the intermission. The junior forward added nine rebounds. Karina Garcia added eight points for a Soaring Eagles squad which had nine different players score in the victory.

Antoniette Shilol led the Tigers (2-10) with seven points in defeat.
