Roundup: Adams shoots Lincoln to 'W'

Alexis Wilson scored 13 points for Marist in a loss at Lincoln last night.

Lincoln 50, Marist 40

Nhire Adams drained four 3-pointers en route to a game-high 16 points as the Lions downed Marist last night in Jersey City.

Andrea Crute added 11 points and eight rebounds for Lincoln (8-6). Indigo Hatcher scored nine points and Shaquanna Bates and Timiah Calimito added five assists apiece.

Ashley Vazquez led the Royal Knights (10-6) with 14 points. Freshman Alexis Wilson added a career-high 13 points in defeat.

Secaucus 51, Weehawken 18

Shannon Waters scored 16 points in the opening quarter as the Patriots breezed to a BCSL National victory yesterday in Secaucus.

Waters, a junior, finished with a game-high 22 points and also had five steals. Andrea Innis filled up the stat sheet to the tune of 19 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals. Ariana Simon also had four steals as Secaucus (11-2) forced 23 thefts in the win.

Elizabeth Zamora led the Indians (2-9) with 11 points.
