McNair boys XC win first ever sectional title |

Behind the duo of Kevin Ratigan and Omar Lopez the McNair boys cross country team won its first ever sectional title as it finished first in the North 2, Group I meet at Roselle's Warinaco Park on Saturday.
With a time of 16:56, Ratigan became to first member of the Cougars squad to win a sectional race since Tauqeer Qazi in 2006. Lopez came in second with a time of 16:58 and was joined by Kevin Colin (11th place) and freshman Idriss Zahidi (13th place).
Snyder's Kali Kendall took home fourth place in the North 2, Group II race as she finished the course with a time of 19:22. McNair's Maegan Sunaz was seventh in the North 2, Group I meet. Both will advance to the group meets.
